  2. Open the downloaded file; allow Install unknown apps if prompted.
  3. Launch La3indkom.
What to review
  1. Onboarding (Arabic by default) → Market with SYP-priced products.
  2. Open a product → Add to Cart → Cart.
  3. Checkout: drop a pin on the map, pick a payment method (Cash on DeliveryShamCashSyriatel Cash), review the total incl. shipping, place the order.
  4. Account → toggle language (English / العربية) → the app reloads RTL.
  5. Register / sign in, then check My Orders.

Backend & admin: api.la3indkom.samhoustonlabs.tech — orders you place appear in the Medusa dashboard.

Map uses a low-detail demo tile style in this build; production uses street-level tiles. iOS build requires a Mac (not included here).
